The client needed a certified organic cotton jersey with stable shrinkage across three garment categories—tees, sweats, and shorts—for a simultaneous EU and UK drop.
Approach
We locked yarn origin and knitting tension first, then ran three wash recipes before sealing bulk. Inline GSM checks and spirality control were added at finishing.
